How did you get your start in Triathlons? I watched IM Kona on TV when I was 15 and knew it was something I wanted to do. |

What is your favorite workout? Any Lactate Threshold workouts. They're painful and relatively quick. Very good for my short attention span. |

If you could train for a week with one other triathlete who would it be and why? Carlos Moleda - When it comes to handcycle triathlon he's Mr. Wizard not to mention the 4-time Kona champ and course record holder. |

Describe your biggest race disaster. It's always something in Kona. Crushed wheels, crushed racing chair frames, lost bikes, you name it the airlines have done it to my equipment. |

What culinary indulgence do you allow yourself after a big race (that you don’t normally partake of)? Double Whopper with cheese, fries, and a frozen coke. |

What is the worst job you’ve ever had? I worked at a library one summer in high school. It's where I learned to sleep sitting up. |
